This is an Original Character made up by my friend :iconqueen-rini: It's a Sailor Moon OC

I didn't go into much detail because this drawing has been through hell and back. She's had red wine spilled on her and numerous other things.

Also her shoulders are in issue with me. *Growls*



I used brushes made by :iconredheadstock:

:iconredheadstock: has great brushes for photoshop and I think they can be used in elements and other programs as well if you tweak them. Go check her profile out.

Ohmygosh, I love the aura around her. She summons her name "shimmer" here.

Her shoulders don't look that bad; and I really like dress. :heart:
